The Differences Between My Country and The U.S.
As everyone knows, Iraq is one of the developing countries.  If we compare between him and the U.S, we will find many differences.  Since I came to the U.S., I have seen many of them
The first difference is the maps and the addresses.  In the U.S. each building has an address and a place on the map, and this address is saved on the Internet.  Any time I want to go to any place, I just need a smart phone which has GPS.  When you enter the address, the GPS will show you the route and the distance according to the transportation way.  While in Iraq, you never find something like that.  There is no even an address.
The second difference is the electricity.  The biggest problem in my country is the electricity, especially in the summer.  The temperature in summer is between 40C-50 C (104 F- 122F), and the people are suffering in the conditions without electricity. Most people are depend on themselves and made generators to use it against this killing weather.  While in the U.S., the people do not need to think about that. The only thing they need to think about is the bill.
There are many differences, but if I explain each one, maybe I will write a book.

My Dream Job
Everyone has a dream about his job in the future, and this dream is growing with him. These dreams are different form one person to another depending on the person's life and the environment that he lives in. Since I started my undergraduate study, I have thought in one job which is to be a teacher. When I say teacher, I mean to be a teacher in mechanical engineering, which is my major. I like this job because when I was in college, sometime my teacher could not explain to the students a topic, so I was helping my other classmates to understand it. I felt happy when I was helping them to pass tests. I think it is amazing when you try to pass your knowledge to other people and help them to success in their life.

Introducing My Self

Hello everyone!! This is my first time using this website, and I have liked this way to improve my  English. Anyway, I would like to take the opportunity to tell a little bit about myself. My name is Mohammed, and I am from Iraq from a big family which consists of two brothers and seven sisters. I was born on August 5th, 1988 in Baghdad, the capital city of Iraq, and I grew up there until I became 12 years old. Then I moved with my family to another city called Al Sirqat. I finished the high school in Al Shirqat, and then I decided to study mechanical engineering. I like this major because it deals with numbers and calculations. I also think the person could be very creative in this major.

Since I graduated from the college with a high score, and I was the best in my class, I have gotten the chance to get a scholarship and complete my higher study in the United State. Actually, I see my coming to the United State as a big change in my life and also the best way to see how the world is going on. I have been here approximately six months, but I like everything here, and I have found the people very friendly.
